I felt pampered. My Premium Comfort Floor Casual Twin Room offered amazing city views and a beautifully bright bathroom with a powerful shower. The breakfast was a good fusion of Western and Japanese options.

I was shockingly disappointed. The water was off in my room and the broken phone made it impossibly inconvenient to fix. I woudl ve been ecstatic if I received an upgrade after such trouble! Clearly, they don’t prioritize their guests, let alone offer basic comforts. I almost left a good review, but just couldn’t, you know, with all this nonsense.
